bound at skyshrine/WL, die plenty of times. Been pvp'd maybe twice at my bind, never killed once, zone plugged every time. Change your bind if you don't like it honestly. You can say this for anyone now just 2 guilds, You are bound in frequently passed velious spot and bound to die eventually.

I don't believe in bind killing or naked killing. But I seem to be a rarity. Takes no skill to kill someone naked or afk at bind. But then again if I killed naked people my ratio would probably be a lot better on the leaderboards.

I guess you have to do what you can to pad your ranking if you care about that type of stuff.
