Don't support this.

It will sit at 95% while raid guilds mobilize and then they will spam it to 100% and be prepared for sim repop.

The server needs to reset with full respawns more often or more sim repops need to occur.

The spawn times have staggered across all 7 days of the week because we've not had them reset by the last 2-3 patches. This is not classic and it allows for one guild to much more easily monopolize all the content.

Mob spawns should overlap and the resets should occur a few times a month.

And additionally they should be full respawns in euro time because that's classic, right Daldaen?

Here's the real question:

If this is a not-for-profit enterprise, there's a threshold of funds that it needs to have to stay operational. If Rogean were below that threshold (from normal donations), I have to assume that he'd mention it. And we'd give more than we even do now because the need was identified.

I have no idea of the workings of the finances of this place, but I can imagine that too much money could be as much of a problem as too little. Assuming not-for-profit and that the books are kept straight.

I really have no idea. But I do have to believe that if they were hurting, they'd put out a call for more.

Typically yes Euro times were the full respawns. Crashes from overloading and subsequent resets happened during prime time as well.

Rogean or Nilbog in the past would say when the pot was getting a little low versus the costs but that was the most we ever got about the finances and the last time I remember that happening was probably 2010. The idea in this thread will most likely never happen because if they wanted us to have any idea of their finances it would already be disclosed, and it would also start throwing up flags for DBG.

The donation induced re-pop doesnt have to happen immediately upon reaching 100% - they could randomize it to eliminate this issue entirely.

This is charging for a service, and will not happen.
