I noticed that, too. But I think Settine is being set up. You get the note from a Male High Elf and Settine responds:

Guard Settine says 'I.. but.. she.. You can take this. I guess I don't need it any more.'

I haven't been to Kelethin in a while, but I remember getting that vibe off the way one of the Wood Elves looked at me near or inside of the bank. I'll head over there soon to "drop" a few copper pieces and see who's wandering eyes I can catch.

I always wondered why you never have some of the original EQ content people come out and add to the storylines. Like where is Tom in Art processing from 17 years ago? You'd think here be here and say oh yeah that guard in such in such a city, I made him after my friend, or some character in a book, or I wanted him to be all gay and stuff.

Where are these original lore people? They could add so much to this game.
