This is completely possible. It happened a couple years ago on Blue a 1-2 ppl figured out an exploit and because they had logged into other accounts all of the accounts they logged into were banned. Although at that time Rogean made an example of them and laid it out for everyone to see the shit stains on the laundry.

I'm sure TMO will do great with him.. I mean since his Empire app was denied and no one else will play with him... because giving someone loot that will get banned for the 14th time for RMT... bad investment. Anyway, good luck!
