I think waking the sleeper would be a loss for everyone not just TMO. Though im sure it would only take a couple good groups to do it later. I am also certain it will be attempted and probably happen.

Maybe the devs had the foresight to set it so he wont awaken for at least a certain period or make it so he cannot be awakened like they did in making the key mob in SS unkillable(from what I heard)
