I dunno maybe, I am not saying for sure. Maybe he can just time it really well, but if you've seen the situations I have seen him able to pull it you would question it too.

The consistency and amount of burst dmg he takes and still gets perfect pulls seems impossible.

It's not really a hack or a huge advantage, it would be a macro like Ender's swap macro, or having audio triggers camping PS with your pet.
