It's bad form, as in not polite and GMs, the keyword being GMs will hand out punishments for doing this.
Says nothing about anyone having the authority to deny LNS.
Having two dads is considered bad form in some countries. They also don't have the authority to deny LNS.

If you have a petition, I suggest that you put your petition in the forums that it is designated to. Petitioning in rants and flames obviously means that you know that you are in no way entitled to call LNS.
