As officers flake out and leave their role is the guild forced to replace those officers from members of that guild branch even if there are no good candidates?

After wasting 2 hours waiting on the HS group to fill I had to log but I am so sad I missed the epic pvp.

Time for a power nap after work and some midnight wakeup calls!!!!!!
