I tried to implement a reward system that was shot down by the members and the leadership council. I designed this system to motivate the mass to do everything they could do to help the alliance succeed. the design was to have 14 different raid leaders hosting 2 events per day 7 days a week with a cap of only being able to host 2 raids per week per raid leader. In my eyes this is what we needed to really win and survive against an already established guild <Empire>. I stepped down from the leadership council to see if the required roles would naturally get filled and to see how dedicated the mass was to the cause.

Since this decision I have been very surprised with the peoples natural drive to work together as well as the other leadership members willingness to survive. I was inspired by the devotion and willingness to work together to take down <Empire> and restore balance to the server. I have spoken with the noble hero Dirmit and he has returned my seat on the leadership council with praise. I hereby reclaim my position on the leadership council for the <Good Guys>

My 2 cents, dont "hardcode" these positions

I was in a really good Eve online alliance and even they let rookie shot callers and "raid leaders" have a shot at "leading raids" (Not in critical situations, but still they got to practice often, and its fun). I dont think its a coincidence the alliance was good and they had this policy. Will encourage initiative in the long run and youll develop more capable players.
