What's the strangest place you've ever played EQ?

A New York city hotel before P99 came around. Ran out of spending $$ with a day to spare because I'm terrible with money and after a final look around Manhattan the choice was obvious, get the laptop out.

Outside of my home, I've only ever played from a hotel room when there was nothing else to do, even then I think thats only been once. Mainly I just cant stand gaming on laptops.

In vacation with Girlfriend at the hotel pool, close to the beach, sat in that pool chair with laptop and phone as connection, totally worth it even tho had lots of looks.

I am playing in Esperia right now. It's a tiny little commune in Italy in the province of Frosinone. It's about two hours south of Rome and it's one of the hidden gems of Italy. I don't play much at all while I travel but this is by far the most remote place I've ever played.

Installed a standalone EQemu server on my laptop while I was on deployment floating around in the persian gulf so I could get my EQ fix. It was a lonely EQ experience.
