How much worse is the loot in sleepers tomb after he is woken
no gnome mask, monk robe, scepter of destruction, and possibly a few other things that I'm forgetting

iirc there are actually more primal drops post-sleeper, but losing access to SoDs kind of blows

There are not more primal drops after Kerafyrm is woken up. There are actually less mobs dropping primal weapons.

The developers that the Sleeper 2.0 items will not enter the game. I believe this would indicate that the Prismatic Dragon Scale Quests for Essence items will not be in the game either. Essentially, this means we gain nothing from waking Kerafyrm; we only lose items. However, the developers would need to confirm this.

The Progenitor, Master of the Guard, and The Final Arbiter should continue to drop primal weapons, as that is classic. They will drop them on release and should never stop dropping them.

I'm sure people dismissed the idea of it when these 3 guilds initially came up with the idea of killing him, heck even soe thought he was unkillable..

Still it'd be worth a shot and a ton of fun to try. Even if you had to double the numbers.

Unkillable never stopped these 200 adventurers from trying... And succeeding might I add

The neckbeards here killed dragons instantly with hoops. I'm sure some already have an idea or two of how to exploit the sleeper to death. The trick is getting everyone else to go along with it to take the one shot at it and the last half decade has already shown us how good the population is at cooperating.

when I was in Dark Ascension pre kunark on p99, we killed the efreeti dude on isle 6 or 7 or whatever. Wasn't supposed to be possible until kunark and level 60's, we had chain cheals and tried doing it normally, eventually what did the trick was everyone logging on their level 50 mages, and chain spamping mage pets that did the trick. Some melee went in for hits but died pretty quick.

I only bring this up, because it was a vanilla EQ first, and never got done on live. So I don't see why not with the ungodly amount of level 60 alts etc, just log on like 200 50+ mages with like 500 malachites each, and I'm sure the sleeper would go down eventually :P

E'ci was able to take down PoAir pre-kunark as well.

Even with that, there's no way. Even with best-in-slot for everyone on the raid, a raid of 200 people would still get demolished. With level 65s, having been raiding PoP with elemental/time gear, the only reason the RZ folks were able to win was because of the regen bug. With Velious gear? There's just no way. There'd be no mana burn, HT would be resistable still, no endless-quiver, etc... His regen alone would likely be too much to overcome.

Without the regen bug or some other exploit, there's no way that Kerafyrm dies on this server. Everything in ST, as far as I remember, is red at 60, so no charmed mob pets. Mage pets, even at 60, would get shredded quickly. No way is a melee going to tank him without getting 1 rounded.

Although I do wonder how long it will take before someone decides to wake him on here. I would imagine each Warder will get farmed quite a few times first.

i've learned to never doubt determination. I just hope it isn't done till i get a shot at ST in 2025.
