Ranger.. Bad idea?

I always giggle when someone says something like "Don't get the ranger, big exp penalty" as our two Iksar monks become silent with their slightly higher penalty. I don't think a lot of people are aware of that.

Roll the ranger on Red...with group xp bonus no one cares about your xp penalty.

Oh, and red is better anyways!
