IMO, there aren't really any weak guilds on the rotation any more. I remember when Doljo first came out they made a decent attempt at our Maestro and AG's Fay after AG wiped. But over the past year everyone has had a lot more practice doing the encounters, and without blackout dates every guild has to be ready to kill stuff 24/7 (or at minimum ally with other guilds to do so).
If we are talking about when we first started the rotation then I do not recall wiping to Fay. I could be wrong, my memory is horrid, but I actually remember Dolj wiping to Fay and AG downing Fay with a few onlookers from helping other class R guilds ready to jump in if AG failed out first ever Fay attempt... But that was a year ago, I could be wrong.

p99 should fix spawns so they pop during European time, for Europa. That way we own our part of the rotation.

Why not just make it easier and then just have NPCs you can hail and ask for a piece of loot? I think that would make everyone happy and we could all stand around and look cool!
