But really, I don't know why he isn't considered a raid mob and you're forbidden from tagging when sitting on his spawn point. Yet a shitty mob like Maestro or Draco you can't even be in the same zone when it spawns.

Red players still have to quest Skyshrine, Kael and Thurg gear....do the Shawl/Rings....kill things in ToV/Sleepers/WW

you know...play EQ?
