That is what makes red, red. MM is a sweet spot but you gotta break the mold, find something else in the wild where reds might not be, and farm that. Good luck
This guy hit the nail on the head. You basically need to make friends with players and look for other exp spots. Dalnir and kaesora are always empty and are pretty awesome exp spots.

So many gaping vag masters on this server. Their plugging skills can't be contended with.

Make some of the overkill-twink items lootable -- that'll grant some nice risk/reward

Doesn't have to be full item loot so everyone's freaking paranoid all the time:

Here is something no one has suggested,

For some of the "overkill" gear for twinks, make it lootable til level xx. You know Live has gear restrictions for the truly OP gear? What if the level for gear restrictions doesn't make it so you can't equip it, but instead makes it lootable if you are under the recommended level for equipping? That'd slow some of the griefers down, and for the people that have earned the levels to wear it appropriately, then they don't have to worry anymore.

That'll give some risk and reward for the uber twink griefers, yet let the people that deserve to equip it feel that warm fuzzy sense of security. The average griefer probably won't die ANYWAY, and will surely plug if he got low, but "that chance" that something crazy happens sounds fun in case the newbs swarm zerg the griefers lol

People park really geared twinks in MM and unrest. Level somewhere off the beaten path and chances are you'll never see one. The exp is lower in other zones you say? If you figure in the amount of interruptions from fungi twinks you'd be surprised.

I don't understand why Mistmoore and Unrest are so popular here. There are better zones. The loot in both isn't even that good. The exp is meh.

Low population server, new players with limited ability to find ports (there are often gaping holes in the day where noone responds to a OOC for a port). MM is popular because it's easy to get to and you can find groups there. Also, since most people are adults now and have responsibilities; the 1 hour it takes to put together a group, find a port and get to the leveling spot ends up being a significant chunk of a persons free time.

So, instead, people go to MM where they can almost always find someone to join up and duo/trio with. Full groups happen fairly regularly, and the Xp can be started immediately.

I've personally not had too many confrontations with twinked assclowns in the zone (Bush a couple times, but we managed to chase him off when Biscuits showed up). However, I don't see how supporting / protecting these assclowns is in any way healthy for the server. At least limit it to the 40+ level range when the effects of massive twinking aren't as drastic.

My suggestion would just be to alter the leaderboards so someone who is a confirmed twink doesn't receive any kill credit unless they're killing another confirmed twink, until they're in the 40s.

Note: Obviously the established people aren't having as much a problem, because they know people and have other characters they can log to. The brand new people who want to give it a try though, don't have that luxury just yet.
