Heartbrand was given information by nameless brave heroes (I wouldn't reveal Seal Team 6's identity if I had that either u feels?) which lead to the downfall of the Duke. The documents clearly showed a forum post by the Duke talking about how he was going to handle Velious/dkp and the continued purchase for plat or "LOL OTHERWISE WINK WINK" (not a direct quote) of items from the guild bank.

Various sources snubbed by the Duke because they were tired of raiding just to farm more plat (or otherwise wink wink) for him to get said items would not go forward with burning him. Heartbrand was the only one willing, because of being booted on grounds of ultimatum from the danes, to do it.

On another note... at one point, Lite, you said something like "why don't you guys just turn this guy in and form your own guild". Well, they kinda did.
