I always wonder what Chai seeds are. We sell them at Sam's Club but I have no idea what they are used for

They're awesome. When you put the in liquid, especially hot liquid, they turn into basically a tapioca pudding consistency. But they still keep a little crunch. Plus a serving of chia seeds has like twice as much potassium as a banana. So they're very good for you too.
