I'm sorry but you don't seem well adjusted either. You have an anger issue for sure, which is usually a secondary emotion, where the underlying emotion is actually deep fear. People who have secure attachment don't have to say "I'm going to keep enjoying life," and people who have mature perspective usually don't have to belittle others to feel secure in their own self.
