While I do doubt a wipe will ever happen, be careful quoting server staff not named Rogean on this. There was a time the same absolute statements were given about global ooc / removing exp loss on pvp deaths / resists / yellow text, etc., etc., and one by one they all got patched in / out.

Why? Coz they are a different grain of person who appreciate a free server and realize that the staff are doing what they can with their donated time and aren't there to serve peoples every whim at 2-3 am in the morning on a Monday.

A person who has other shit going on in their life besides eqemu would just /logout an come back at a later date: again those that don't sit on the forums QQing for a wipe coz they are bored as fuck and want to splurt 20hrs a day going 1-50 again.

Plently of beta/whatever they are EQem servers to test out below R99 and B99 if you got nothing better to do with your time.

I casually log in to PvP, but certainly not at 7am on Wednesday morning. Thus our paths shall never cross.
