Honestly they should tie forum accounts to your in game account and if u get banned on forums u get banned ingame as well

Deru started implementing in game repercussions for forum behavior when he gave Jib a suspension for talking shit outside of rnf. Idk if they pursued that system further though, but they definitely should.
