The only reason this post irritates me is because you're taking the piss for no reason, rather than engaging what I'm saying, something which is self-evidently true: if you use painbringer, it will be useless 99% of the time, and in some cases will hinder you more than it helps you because it breaks mez. I'm not professing to know some magical Bard secret by saying that mez breaks when mobs get damaged.

Am i the only one here who clearly sees the item is completely irrelevent to the thread? fact is there was an item that someone didn't ask if they could have or if the group didn't need it first, but just took without saying anything.

It's about etiquette, just because there's an open corpse with an item on doesn't mean you can just run up and loot it. You should ask.

having been a warrior on live, this weapon is not supposed to proc till level 35 i believe. ( forget the exact level ). I had multiple reports tho that its procing at level 1 here. same for the 2h axe at the same camp. its probably just a p99 oversite or bug but becuase of this it makes it way more valuable for leveling. most of the leveling groups i did when i was leveling used calm/lull for pulling and generally only had 1-2 mobs agroed at a time. the painbringer proc is a high taunt so 2 mobs in camp is generally no problem. make sure you have a back up tho if your group is relying heavily on mez cuz as lazertag said, it fucking sucks balls then.
