V2 haste is only the bard Ervaj line or whatever, and as mentioned it will stack with v1 but only brings you to 100%.
v3 stacks with the other two but will only go up to 125% max (This wasn't an issue until soe changed overhaste from 25 to 30)

No, however you quoted something from a completely different thread, and tried to pretend I said it here, which is pretty lols. I give this troll a D-.

I was merely asking if you admit I was correct when you claimed I was wrong. That was the extent of it. I wasn't pretending anything. I even used a direct quote to ensure you knew what I was talking about...
/shrug A simple yes or no answer would have sufficed. Trolling was not intended... at least not on my part (I believe it was you that threw buttsex into the mix).

I used the wayback machine yay!
http://web.archive.org/web/200502212...=9&ForumID=132 it shows how haste works very well, here's an excerpt : There are 4 versions of haste. For every type of haste, only the highest percentage haste is applied. The other stats granted by an ability are still in effect, which is usually what skews people's perception of how haste works. v0 == item haste v1 == icon haste (songs, spells, right-clicks) v2 == ervaj line of songs type haste v3 == vah shir / rizlona's / ranger AA type haste v0 + v1 + v2 (equal or less then) 100 percent haste. v3 may go over 100 percent haste. v3 doesn't only increase the cap, it actually grants that percentage of haste as well.

Chicanery explained it very well, unfortunately it will fall on deaf ears.
People are determined not to hear the truth, and 10 years after the game came out they still think that bard song haste and chanter hastes stacks. They`re not talking about overhaste, just plain old song haste. You`ll even have monks saying that their epic is awesome because the haste click is `song` haste and that it stacks with both spell and item haste. cheers!

V1 V2 V3, I'm not sure which is which based on the official responses, but the basic idea is~
V1 is item haste V2 is spell/most songs haste V3 is stacking bard haste These stack additively to 100% (unsure if this got changed, I know it's 100% in kunark at least D=) V3 hastes do not exist yet--It was either kunark or velious which added the first stacking haste (mcxavius? fk, i don't play a bard! :P) which stacked but was not a 'cap breaker' which could put you over 100% The first cap breaker was warsong of the vah shir, a luclin song, which gave bards a purpose again in the raiding scene with all the dragons having -300/-400 on their aoe's making resist stacking !@#$ing impossible on things with aoe's :P with their pulling ability in kunark / vel went to shit due to it all being indoors, except in the rare exception of PoGrowth. Also, fucking fistbump for mobs being 'fade-immune' in luclin eh? :P But this is ranting, in synopsis Item haste + highest haste on you will = your haste and the 'effects' (str, atk, ac, etc) will only take the highest of each (so no putting on a bard song with +atk and then getting a VoG with +atk as well...VoG was +atk right? or ac? it's been so long D=)

Quote:
V2 is from specific bard songs, which stack with V1 but won't put you over the cap of 100% at lvl 60. V3 is overhaste, which does the same as V2 but isn't capped.
