Funny, I would have thought the PVP server where everyone is a macho badass and all problems can be resolved via PVP would be the server where you'd need no staff oversight.

Get rid of staff altogether all they do is judge impartially and deviate from posted rules which are often fabricated with 0 actual game knowledge
