Buffs/Bard across the top of the screen, none on in this pic. Don't remember the name of the UI as I changed the filename but i think it was Loki?

I've replaced all the spell gems on the bottom with some macro hotkeys since then but you get the idea...

yep it's vertui pretty much with some small modifications.
some minor bugs like inventory IDs mix up not fixed yet (first bag slot = ammo slot).
