Spent most of my time on this server in Uprising and have actually never been recruited for Azrael. In fact, when Uprising first started doing low level xp sessions we would probably get more buffs from random nihi members than Az (with the exception of Mafakaa and Badger).

I'm not up to date on who owns what characters but Uprising has always been neutral despite what people are saying.
