I rez anyone who asks for it as long as it's in the same or an adjacent zone. Then I get BDA members refusing me clarity even when I'm offering plat, because of my guild. Not very nice BDA. I'll keep rezing you at KC zoneline though.

It's not like it's a guild rule not to heal/rez/buff TMO or IB, maybe a few people have that stance.

I'm sure TMO has people that refuse to help BDA members, too.
