Eq just isn't designed to be a great world pvp game on a low pop server. If you don't have a porter or aren't a port class you can't really go looking for people, if you don't have a healer you have no fast way of healing up and getting back in the action so you have massive downtime, if you did you're fucked on a low pop server trying to get back to your corpse, you will commonly be out numbered / zerged etc. This just isn't a fun game with low pop. With 1000+ people and full zones? Best pvp game ever.
