I don't think it is right that we have a bunch of 60s with their ALTs that all benefitted from double exp in the earlier days of the server whilst new players have to struggle through the levels in empty zones dodging twinked out ALTs camping zone lines.
Red99 is being phased out if you hadn't noticed.

I had thought they were aiming to keep it going and were working on it, at least that is the impression the GMs and devs have given me. It's just taking a good while to get things going but I have to say the nerf to exp was a bad idea considering they haven't come up with the so called "big things" that were hinted at for some while now.

Default Petition to reduce XP for Red

It has come to my attention, due to the efforts of noble Samwise, that there is still an XP bonus on Red relative to blue:

http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=146671

Firstly, this is unfair to the blue players who work hard for their pixels. Secondly, since the goal is to drive players off Red pre-Velious in preparation for phasing out the server ahead of teams launch, I say, why half ass it? If you're going to nerf XP, finish the fucking job. We don't need these neckbeards grinding for Velious against all odds.

dunno I guess it on but I wouldn't call it noticable. The reason I brought it up is because it seems like I was getting the same xp on my blue alts as my red alts except I was leveling faster on blue because of the constant groupage.

I just tested with blue troll SK and red troll SK. Blue killed 3 level 1 mobs in innothule and saw xp move up to 4%, then 9%, then 14%. Red killed 3 level 1 mobs in innothule and saw xp move up to 9%, then 18%, then 27-28%.

So my first thought is "lol iksar ZEMs are fucking terrible."

My second thought is that you must have been doing something wrong. I see you say that the mobs were all level 1s, but were you in the same zone? Were you in the same general area of the same zone? I guess it could potentially be some issue with ZEMs not being the same on blue as they are on red?

Ya its in. I did same mobs, same con, same zone ect. The thread title was supposed to end in a question mark. I still argue it's easier and faster to level on blue excluding Power leveling and solo classez.
