from what i gathered you can make a heroic character if your account was made anytime before nov of 2013. i got two heroic character and i created an account to test it and it wouldnt let that account have the heroic character. i think its a promotion for returning players.

all 4 of my accounts were made prior to 2010. there was no rhyme or reason as to why 1 of my accounts had a heroic char and none of the others did.

I heard there was a one per household limit, but my old acc didn't have my name on it so I was able to use two different accs for two chars, aww yeah non classic 85 rng

honestly i dont care. i already have 7 85+ over 4 accounts and i don't plan on ever going back to live to play so just not worth my time just thought it was kinda random.

yeah if that was true about the 1 per household then the first account i logged into would have had the toon available where it didnt. It was the 2nd account i logged in that showed reward then logged on other accounts and checked before i actually claimed it.

That said, I just got a Cleric. Not many clerics on Live, because they are the shittiest to level up, have very low solo or molo ability, and you could just get a Healer Merc instead of a Cleric. All around low incentives.

logged in and made my 4 accounts heroic characters, then my buddy told me he had a fabled fiery staff of zha rotting, looted.... noice. My fave weapon back in PoP and my fave again =D too bad ill never use it.
