So if I ran a non profit organization where 95% of my members didn't have to pay, does that make it okay not to communicate financials to the 5% of investors? This whole it's free thing is such a bad attitude. By in large the server thrives because people do donate money on a monthly basis. Yes it is free to most of us, but you must have an obligation to the small percentage of folks who do give money.

Also, an ETA is not what is needed. Just a simple response and update of any kind of would suffice.

Common courtesy wouldn't be common or courteous if it went away simply because something were free. It's also not something "owed" for any reason, whatsoever.
