In my understanding if you have a raid force or a large force in a zone when a mob spawns, you're out of luck. This violates the spirit of the new rules of no socking. If it is a Simrepop you have 2 mins to know and get the hell out. If you are still there and it pops, you don't have the chance at it. Pick up and mob somewhere else. This isn't saying having a group in seb is breaking the rules, or having a few people in Karnors exping is wrong.

As for fear/hate I would take it the same way. The windows are now much shorter for them to spawn in. You take the risk of being in the zone when it does pop. Is that 5% drop rate on precious carmine sleeves worth being there over a cazic? If the answer is yes, then it's all you. If no, then you can plan accordingly.

I would say telling people they can evac out/gate out to race for it would cause just as much of an issue. Knowing how everyone plays on this server, half would camp out in a safe spot for an advantage while having less essential persons gate/port out to "Race".

This is from what I understand how the staff wants to handle things.

the rules clearly state you must zone in zone out do the hokey pokey turn yourself around, that is what proper raid etiquette is all about
