heard its alot of fun after you get through the early levels, the early level quests and gameplay are subpar IMO.

I beta tested it last go-round, and got an invite for this weekend as well. It's a really pretty game, but beyond that it isn't all that engaging. It feels SUPER clunky and disconnected in regards to combat. They have a long way to go on the combat side of things ALONE before the game feels solid.

Only managed to make it to level 7 or so last beta before I quit of boredom. I also heard that the higher level game play is better though, that the pvp isn't bad.

great start ESO! that being said im a huge fanboy and will likely get to mid-high lvl when released because of this.

that being said I've tried every fantasy mmo that has hit the market since everquest was launched and here I am playing.....everquest so we'll have to see. Every mmo sucks ass at launch and then gets fixed and playable about the time i decide it's not fun anymore and quit.

It'll be the first major MMORPG coming out on Xbox/PS3 right? At least fantasy themed. I think that alone plus the IP will make it pretty successful actually. Whether it'll actually be a decent game remains to be seen though.

I can see it being a great console game but a shitty PC game. The MMORPG bar on PC is set really high, but its a new thing to a lot of console only gamers.
