I don't know if they are or not, I know I've logged over immediately after an "earthquake" event before the recent patch and they had not. More recently though I think I've been asleep every time the simulated patch day events occur.

Let me grab a group of friends to sit at the camp so we can make sure, might have to respawn it a few times to make really sure. I know guild leader just needs this as his last piece of epic as well.

I think they are respawning? Somebody said they got a vessel kill like half a day after mine on the respawn.

Nobody's posted about grabbing the respawned VT though, so I'm not sure.

Edit - granted not sure what robe-wearer class looted it though. Didn't seem like an enchanter, I could be completely wrong though.

Enchanter epic is 100% not MQable. You do 4 combines to get 4 pieces which you combine again to get the final turn in piece. There isn't any sub quests even within the 4 original combines to mq.

So what's repop now on those? Did the change on variance affected them? Is it now 2 days or 3 days ? + or - 8 hours?

I don't think VT was a variance mob. Just a mob with a 2-7 day respawn.
