Starting today and then evaluated when Velious is released the CSR staff will be keeping track of how the raid guilds are treating each other. If we do not see a significant improvement in the behavior of the raiding guilds and how they treat each other, Velious will be released without raid content. To be clear, we want an enjoyable raid scene for everyone, not just one or two guilds. This means working together to figure out a compromise when racing for mobs, and working with smaller guilds to let them have a chance at mobs you don't absolutely need for gearing main characters.

Welfare implies taking from one group to give to another. The proposed rotation would give everyone more pixels - as Nizzarr says, they have multiple Nobles EVERY DAY on the red server.

Perhaps I have to quote everything for it to make sense to more people than myself. My comments were aimed @ Morphius, more referencing the sentiment of the entire server in regards to the new PNP and koombaya raid rules. I have a whopping 20% attendance rate so I barely have a horse in this race, I just think the idea is ridiculous.

Whats funny Luchino is that you assume that TMO will come back at the same strength as before. It was already waning. You guys may or may not even be in contention for shit. We just have to see. Check your sources... Last I checked FE/IB was in decline prior to the recent TMO suspension. Enjoy your temporary surge :P
