I watched the video as i took a dump, Glad it was a good Xmas dinner dump the video was like an hour. That said! I am very happy to see ANY change for the good of the server. I hope you guys get the man power to go through on your word and not have petitions stall for years at a time. I would like see more changes like 4lvl range, Elda's leaderboard dismantled (causes people to grief) and so on but and happy you guys at least are starting to make this shit hole less toxic

^ Can I request this thread be stickied, and anything with fine detail that was covered in stream be updated in this thread? For example. I hear if someone is naked at bind, you can kill them once but only once, prior to LnS or allowing them to leave zone.

Aka. Nilly cant just bind in a city, pop up half guild naked from a raid but claim LnS while they sit there waiting for a rez.

I understand what you guys (the GMs) are trying to do here, but this is something that will be abused by the trolls of this server.

90% of the people causing trouble are people that get off on ruining the game for other players.

Nihilum is not the problem and is probably the sole reason myself and many other players stuck around for so long. The guild pretty much gives any player a fair go at getting into the guild and generally only boot people for stirring shit intentionally or causing internal drama/grief.

The best solution would be to simply hard code a PvP immune flag after a PvP death that has a reasonable timer (eg 15-30 minutes) and immediately dissipates after looting a corpse or casting a beneficial/harmful spell on another player

I would think this would be an easy fix without the need of pulling out the BAN hammer or throwing weight around.

Any thoughts?

At that point why not just have the person on a pvp death spawn at their bind geared force log them out and prevent them logging in for 30 min on that account.
