This is not accurate at all. 86 accounts had been logged on by the 2 dupers, the mass majority of these accounts will be unbanned. There is zero amounting of how much plat has been duped, when it happened, or where it went. Rest assured, all accounts owned by the dupers are Perma banned.

Thats not even close to true. The 2 lowest guilds with SEQ suspensions for SEQQuest2011 based on percentage of guild population was Divinity as the lowest and TMO as the second lowest. IB was somewhere in the middle and VD/BDA were at the top.

Uthgaard broke it down. I am unsure if GM's deleted it or not. But it was public knowledge for quite awhile. I'd assume Nirgon, Stealin, or QF might have this tucked away somewhere.
