Yep haha...but it still works on mobs that cant smash. I am lvl 4ish I think at the moment on this level 10 world..i just trap anything that attacks me and hack it to death through the wall. Trying to find silver to finish my armor set

I've been watching and lusting after this game for a long, long time. Strong urge to buy it tomorrow although I suspect I'll be frustrated by beta limitations in a game like this.

So far other then some graphical stuff I have encountered zero bugs. Which is surprising because their disclaimer for this stage of beta stated it would be a shitshow bugwise.

They have been quick to patch in feedback from players. Very happy with my $15 dorra purchase so far.

Just finished the tier 2 boss. Similar terrain sploits--made a little spot where i could hop up and down and pop his legs--in hindsight, the block lay speed is so fast you really could just trap all the bosses in dirt and smack em through it.

Also, that boss would've been near impossible regularly. He hit me once--for fucking 93. I couldn't find better than the bonesmith's armor...still can't. Gonna be zergy to get that platinum / titanium for the next 2 sets [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Just beat t1 boss..and the molten core loot poofed before I could loot it. sad face

I'm having the hardest time finding enough gold to make the damn t2 armor. I have literally assloads of steel and all I need is like 60 bars worth of gold to progress but I come across maybe a vein worth about 4 bars every 3 or so hours.

I've honestly found armor to be near worthless post racial set 2. It's best to just go to the highest possible grass / arid / forest w/e you can in your sector, wall in an enemy or two / find chests to find a max tier weapon, then go wall in the tier boss. I'm currently going through the final tiers (rubium and crap) doing this and still wearing garbage armor--and it really doesn't matter. You'll get one shot and how low pixels, but when you need pixels you can just refine what you need.

Also, platinum isn't available as a mineable until L40 worlds, so the platinum / titanium armor sets are near impossible to attain prior to the tier 3 boss. Shit needs tons of balancing, but at least you can sploitkill the things you have to to move on. Hoping that when I get to a max threat level planet I'll be able to finally have my armor on a level where i can take a hit or two from trash :P

So I've got impervium armor and an 43 ARP 2hs. I've heard they go up to 45...so I've essentially 'finished' the game. I still haven't found a goddamn gun yet, ugh :P

Dear lord man! Have you slept yet? =p

You are right, there are a ton of balancing issues to address but this is early stage 1/3 beta so I have very high hopes for this game...it already is very fun and once its tuned I think it will beat terraria hands down.
