Don't get me wrong, I don't think it should be the only way. But the fact that you will get in more trouble for bruising this persons ego, than, they do for being dicks, while the harassed individual has little to no repercussion is stupid. I would applaud this waitress if she through them out of the store on their asses and told them never to come back again. Even if I was the boss. A good waitress is more valuable then 1 or 2 shit head customers.

This was a poor person trying to find a way to justify not leaving a tip. This has to do with ego preservation and nothing to do with the waitress.
