By the way, the last resort fix worked for me. I had to copy the hosts file out of the specified folder, edit it, then paste it over the old one.

67.23.190.71 when i ping login.eqemulator.net and times out.
If i ping 108.61.129.166 it will receive a reply. I have tried the "last resort" fix and still cannot get logged in. The "hosts" file is in the Systems32>Drivers>Etc if that makes any difference? Should i move the hosts file elsewhere? This is how i have it posted at the bottom of the hosts file " # 108.61.129.166 login.eqemulator.net" I have also flushed the DNS probably 20x now with no luck. Anyone find a workaround yet if they are having similar issue still? | ||

Reborn, I didn't put the # in front of what he said to enter. Literally just placed it at the bottom of the file

The # mark basically REM's out that line i.e. says, ignore this line.
