Oh wow Irontaail's site lives on. I remember looking at this site back on live it was amazing as far as the info it provided. Nilbog if this hasnt been changed much by the current owners its a great source of info.


Also yes you could bind with Locket of Escape prior to a later revamp where they moved the location of the zonein to GD.


Also Nilbog would the original velious discs help at all? I still have a set id be happy to send you.

I'm no techie, but the disks only have client side info. Nilb and crew rebuilding server side info. Two seperate things.

Thanks for the offer, but it would not help. The recreation of zone information has nothing to do with the client cds. This is done by hand using our own database and scripts. The client cd holds nothing other than animations, textures, sounds, etc.

EQmac has a classic Plane of Mischief. It also has a classic Sleeper's Tomb. Unfortunately, the server will be closing forever on 11/18.

Anyone willing to contribute research time, please check out PoM/ST on eqmac. Turn on logs (/log on), take screenshots, fraps, and note anything of importance.

If you don't have a high level character on eqmac, but you do have time, I am sure someone would let you use a character for this purpose as they will soon be eternally derelict.

These aren't the only zones that can be researched, but as I said before, they are certainly the hardest to reach. During Velious beta, all Velious zones will be open for exploration on p99, so help if you can. If this is the last bastion of classic, I'd like for it to resemble classic as much as possible.

Points of interest:

• Logs. /log on. This shows aggro messages, death messages, resisted spells, hit point totals, and a myriad of other useful information.
• Respawn times.
• Screenshots. Shows mob formations, unique attributes of npcs, etc.
• Fraps/video recordings. If something is truly unique and can't be described with words, video goes a long way.

I know what I'm missing from Sleepers Tomb aside from combat data and I need a SOS rogue to get it. Any Volunteers? I'd prefer login information if someone would allow, but I'd take a volunteer that will take screenshots of virtually every mob 'area'.
