please shut down R99 when T99 goes live........ let ppl transfer toons to either blue/teams upon velious release. Reasons:

1. split population

2. empty box pixel farmage - further advantage for neckbearding reds once they merge with teams

3. boxing - those same neckbeards will be boxing farm on red while they level their CoH bots on teams.

4. simultaneous velious release will give red a large draw because of pre-existing chars. if you merge into the "most popular server" (what is supposed to be best for the community) numbers will be skewed

5. new boxes are most fun when old boxes are done with. at least put r99 on pause till Teams catches up to them in the timeline. then re-open r99 and see who plays more than once a week for raids

I would prefer the option of two transfers. One naked at the launch of box, with a de-level after like the server is up for a week, yet classic drops are still in (So we can get our guises manastones, etc) (like 1 month total of classic legacy loots). This gives people time to gear and grab some of it.

With a full transfer later on for those that wait. (No transfering twice).

i dont understand how you can even think about merging this server into another server with a different rule set?

i would rather see my characters deleted today than merge with a teams server a year + later.

My vote is for a new server, leave Red alone for 6 months to 1 year than merge.

Who cares about pixel farmage on the "empty" server? And boxing a character on each isn't a big deal either.

that amelinda corrupt start was terrible and to open teams with red velious launch is only more gonna allow nihilum to farm uncontested and rmt a lot of pixels
