Seeing as guild recruitment is wide open on both sides, you have to set yourself to an ideology of being a part of losers who, if it were up to them, would take every raid mob for as long as red99 is alive, due to little real life commitments, and high addiction to this game probably due to playing it heavily back in the day.

Or stick up for Azrael, which doesn't contest every mob - and won't have the main group there for every single raid mob, Nizzar(if he doesnt have other gaming commitments, like MTG tourneys) Tune, Batlle etc.

If you want the same that we have had all this time - be a chump and join Nihilum. If you want change, join Az.

Individual griefing/douchebaggery will not change and be random no matter which side you're on, seeing as both guilds will take anyone.

Just assuming based on the general tone/message of your post that you're in Azrael. You can claim ideology you want, but I'm pretty sure the OP wouldn't agree with you after his experience.

Just to be frank, remember you are on the losing side right now. If you want that to change, treating players that in a month may be capable of raiding/pvping at the high end like shit isn't a very efficient way to go about it wouldn't you say?

With this server population you'd be much better served embracing the "everyone against Nihilum" mentality and trying to rally the rest of the server around you. But the way your guild acts now does nothing except to serve Nihilum with constant stream of new recruits that you have to fight against.

I say this because despite the fact the friends I came back to this game to play with are all in Nihilum, I want nothing more than to see some great competition in the end game. What you're doing now is not working and never will. Rebel leaders throughout history always tend to be champions of the people. What I see from Azrael so far is just a (much) lesser version of Nihilum with an inferiority complex and bigger mouths.

If I were part of your leadership I'd tell everyone to cool it in OOC and focus on developing a bond with the level 30-50 population. Chasing Nihilum around while they farm a zone for the thousandth time on their fifth alt is not a productive use of your time.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but as it stands you are no threat to Nihilum. The only threat they face is fracturing internally or boredom/new games stealing a significant part of their player base.

Red99 is a griefing shit hole, why even pretend otherwise.

All I represent is change to a one guild boring blue box - and if people can't embrace that idea, than we have no use for you.

But yes, most guilds that have a significant edge and are on top can only be toppled with good timing (good members not logging in) and the community as a whole to jump on board.

If you think we're going to be kicking people over behavior, or griefing - you came to the wrong box, and if you think Nihilum's "we're mature" line is legit, you're a dumbass on top of it.

We may tell people to knock it off, but it will all be after the fact, and be a slap on the wrist, mainly because people are hard to get here.

Nizzar thinks the same way - we are not "better" than Nihilum, we just won't dedicate our lives to having a one guild box like them - don't assume Azrael are all angels, and like I said before, angels won't take these neckbeards down, if you're a hard mother fucker and want change, come to us, if you wanna be a chump - Nihilums recruiting is open.

General thought pattern of a guild that realises how serious Nihilum takes this box.

"We can't beat them, so let's leave, or make an excuse(Lite's a good one) and then either quit, or take a few weeks off and app, get gear/experience the end game and quit because it's boring as fuck"

Stop the pattern, this is not fun, and we need everyone that has a pair.
