Server is so flooded with items, Mr. Gabuk, that pretty much anyone with enough devotion can wear as many pieces of sky/dragon haste/epic as they want. If it gives SLIGHTLY more str/dex, (or otherwise desired stats) its not as hard to attain as live and used as an upgrade here.

i'd love to know who has the most epics?

I'm sure a lot have two (main class + a rogue or cleric alt or something) but does anyone have like 10 EPICS? for each char? all level 1?!

Don't think anyone can have an epic at 1 because getting the epic will ding you.

i have epics on every class with full PD gear on all of them on each server.

Several members of Nihilum have all PD loot as well. A few have all PD loot and Suede Boots and sow sword.

Deka(bard) for example has Crown/Robe/Boots/Sow Sword/Aon etc..
Add in a pre-nerf fungi and you might be getting.. close.
