Almost 12 years of abbreviating Spirit of the Wolf and it never once occured to me to pronounce it any way other than #1.

I pronounce it like #2 because sow, when pronounced like #1 (and used like a verb), makes me cringe at the thought of you planting your seed in me when I ask you to SoW me [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

1.) Sow = Like "So what?" or "I like to sew."

2.) Sow = Like another name for a pig or with the same sound as "wow".

It's sow, as in "a mother hog." There is no other way to pronounce it. Pronouncing it sew is wrong. It's not spelled sew, it's spelled sow. End of discussion.
