Out Of Range (OOR) Dispelling: Is it allowed

And on another thought.. all you people that cry exploit are faggots.. Exploiting is a misunderstood word used by bad players to criminalize good players. The animosity feels a bit misguided. If you want OOR dispelling to be a viable and legal practice then petition/submit to the GM's for this change. Currently it's illegal, i dont know who is crying foul, i know that if you're going to have a policy that is bannable (mind you not suspendable) it should be public knowledge.

Ya, beneficial. Thats why mobs attack you when you cast it on them. It can be either obviously.

So does that include deleting my zone files and moving mob bind points via High Sun and tanking Mobs where their AOE's won't function?
