I have seen you use the trak teeth thing far too much. Golem wands are just as powerful as trak teeth and they come off a level 35 mob and 12 can drop in a given day.

At most 5 trak teeth drop every 3 days. 5 kills in 3 days is not exactly game breaking. I personally would not have a problem with trak teeth being nerfed in PVP, however I would have a problem if they are nerfed and Golem Wands are not.

I think clickables should be disabled on Wednesdays, Fridays and every second Sat/Sun...with the exception of the 13th of the month.

Now, please implement this because what I think matters.

Trying to appease old players to bring them back is fools gold. Most of these players at this point would never play long term no matter the changes. The players you are referring to have been going from pvp box to box for years and they are not the type of people who will hold onto one thing for a long time. Also at most you would bring in a very small amount of old players, 30-50 in my estimation and most wont last long. Adding something like variance would very well cause the sever to lose 20-30 people also. So your net changes are minimal.

Making changes to bring in NEW players is clearly the way to go. Group exp bonus, removal or hybird exp penalty, safe zones could easily add 100+ new players a night. Doing something radical like releasing Velious on RED 1-2 months before blue would be a HUGE boost in the population. Yes you would not keep all of the players once blue got Velious but you might keep 20% or so which would be worth it.
Your suggesting things with a hidden agenda you don't want to bring in new or old players you want to transfer blue players to red so you can replenish Nihilum's very depleted ranks.

Which does nothing for wiki traffic which helps server revenue not at all!

Everyone who used to play here literally stated in thousands of threads this is why they left, and any new player's I talk to about server hear about resist coding here and say that's stupid!

Safe zones would be horrible for server no red player's want to be safe they want low lvl pvp to break up that boring grind they just don't want to get one shot backstabbed by a lvl 20 guy with an epic.

I'm suggesting things that will help Rogean gain revenue and the server gain population, your suggesting things that will help your guild.

That's 10 player's that can be wiped out a week by clicking a button, and you don't see how something like that could grief player's off the box? That's roughly 450 player's that have died due to button click in the last 9 month's since you guys have had trak on steady rotation.

I srsly doubt you'd feel the same way if other guilds had access to Trak Teeth.

Really.... Nihilum is doing very well on members right now. We are fine.

What I want to see is people leveling and grouping a ton more then they do now. This makes a server strong. Before you can have more pvp you need more people and to get more people you need more NEW people who are leveling and grouping.

I don't care if they are blue, red or purple. When you come to red you are red. What I don't want to focus on is those VZTZ retreads burnouts who have been bouncing from server to server for years. You will NEVER make them happy or keep them long term.

Let me break it down.

# Fixing resist (Making them classic) I estimate brings in/back maybe 20-30 more people a night.
# Fixing clickables (nerfing what we have talk about) I estimate brings in 5-10 more people a night.
# Making server more group friendly (Ideas I mentioned above) I estimate would bring in 100-125 more people a night
# Releasing Velious on Red 2 months before Blue (We wont keep the people perm but some will stay) I estimate red will get 400 more people a night during those 2 months and then 20% will hang around. So I estimate this would gain red 80-100 more people a night.

My suggested changes should boost us to 300-350 active population a night which most agree is a good target number.

if you look at the pvp leaderboard, 4 out of the top 20 are melees so not sure what you are basing that on. 9 out of the top 20 are wizards.

Casters can gate and easily get away in most situations. Casters can gank players easier. This helps them get easy kills and boost points but when pvp matters Melee are still very powerful on this server.

FACT One guild farming all high lvl content and locking other player's out has caused more server's to die in MMO's than anything else.

When your guild has contributed more to the server's low pop and you blindly and illogically ignore that fact I doubt you know what will help the server.

FACT there have been more posts about resist coding and instant clicks than any other subject about population here.

In RL when people keep discussing the same thing and asking for the same thing we call that a statistic. It's how poll's are formed and facts established.

What your suggesting is conjecture based on nothing but your opinion.
