And yeah, to backup what a couple other people were saying, diet soda is fucking awful for you, calories or no, and researchers are starting to find out that aspartame may actually INCREASE weight gain, instead of helping you lose it.
Stay away from that aspartame! If you're drinking it every day you need to stop.

I guess I'm kind of picky though, i generally don't even like eating/drinking foods with fructose in them. Not that I don't enjoy the taste, I'd just rather be putting good sugars in my body than bad ones.
