Strong Leadership with someone who will boot all the people who aren't huge proponents of team and drop down to 15 or so good players, then build your core from there... Don't try and contest the high end at first, build morale and stability with that core based on YT and cohesiveness... Then recruit from the cesspool of assholes selectively... A Quick number zerg isn't the solution..

Anywho, gluck Sektors and enjoy the WoW emu man.

@kringe part of many problems are also people who can't look beside themselves and somewhat try to get along for a common goal. it's never ever going to work if your personal issues with some people makes you unable to execute and do the shit you have to do to get ahead, to many proud fucks on here, and the issue is you can't beat nihilum with 10 people, you need at least 25 active good players, and that's more like 50% of the playerbase outside nihilum, get along or logoff (i logged the fuck off bros)

good leadership is key on this box for win, it really wasn't any issues with leadership on vztz, one guild could easily consist of only real life friends...

hoping knuckle and rexx can quit their rl life and do it big, if they can get past 57 ill start believing & logging on
