I disagree. There have been an easy 1000 players come and go on Red. Get rid of attrition and the problem solves itself.

It's hard because the barrier to entry here is so high. You would need some mass relaunch (not a wipe) to try to get a lot of people to return at once. Some though this would be Kunark though I vehemently disagreed at the time and was right. I just don't see anything they can do at this point of the servers life to bring enough new blood here at the same time short of making it a team server and offering one time race changes or something that will never happen.
