Let's cut with the economics here and stop pretending people actually use economic strategy to determine prices here. People charge what they want thats why you see such a difference in prices IE one selling for 85k and someone else is the guy selling it for 150k because thats what he is only willing to part with it for.

The reason the price of tunics went from 200+k to under 100k isn't just because people figured out how to pull it easily - it's because the spawn rate was increased (from 3% to 7% I believe) and because tunics were made the common drop instead of the rare one.
